Terms of Service

The rules for using the TallyImport platform. Last updated: September 2026.

1. The service

  • TallyImport (by DSB DigiLab) provides Tally masters import, voucher entry, validation and Tally-compatible XML generation, with subscription plans and usage limits.
  • We may update features from time to time; core paid functionality will not be removed during an active billing period without notice.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by sub-admins you invite.
  • One account per organization unless a separate tenant is created.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the platform only for your own lawful accounting workflows.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you import; always verify generated XML before importing it into Tally.
  • Do not attempt to access other tenants' data, bypass plan limits, or disrupt the service.

4. Plans and payments

  • Paid plans bill per the limits shown on the pricing page (vouchers, companies, users, exports).
  • Online payments are processed by Razorpay; manual UPI payments are verified by our team before activation, usually within 1 business day.
  • Subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period after cancellation. Unused quota does not carry forward.

5. Free trial

  • New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with trial limits. No credit card is required to try the complete workflow.

6. Limitation of liability

  • TallyImport assists data preparation; final responsibility for filings and books rests with you and your accountant.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

7. Termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, with prior notice where reasonable.
